- All fees paid are non-refundable except in case of overpayment. Fees are not refundable when clients cancel services previously requested.
- Please note that all application versions dated prior to January 2011 are no longer effective.
- Copies of documents sent with your application will not be accepted.
- Transcripts to be evaluated must be mailed directly to us from the institution(s) you attended.
- Certified translations submitted must include the documents translated in the original language they were issued.
- If you are located outside of United States and you would like us to mail your copy/copies of the requested evaluation to you, you must include the required international postage in your payment.
- If you are authorizing someone to make inquiries on your behalf, don't forget to indicate his/her name in the space provided on the last page of the application.
- If you are mailing us your documents, please put the name of our company, Academic Evaluation Services, on the mailing label.
Reminders:
The most reliable form of communication is email. Please put the email address you check most frequently on the application. Remember to place aes-edu.org on your safe sender list, if not the emails from us may end up in your junk mail.
